Meditation is one of the single best ways to clear your mind. Although it is wonderful of relaxation, it has also been proven to improve cognitive and physiological conditions by Harvard Researchers.

Taking time to clear out all of the noise has proven benefits!

Meditation can be  amazing, but also slightly scary to start. Check out this app to guide you through learn how to meditate.

2. Tea-

Drinking decaffeinated, herbal hot teas has an amazing feeling of relaxation. Take that moment to yourself to carefully sip your hot tea as an experience.

The simple act of drinking tea is important, but it is important to create an experience. Find some of my favorite teas here.

3. Unplug and Be Present-

Leave ALL of your social driven electronic devices (ie. phone, computer, tablet) in one room of your house. Spend your time doing anything, but looking at at those devices.

Read a book, write in a journal, meditate, drink tea, even watch TV. (We aren’t even present watching a show!) Be present in your house doing something that you love.

4. Read Fiction-

Reading FICTION is a very important distinction to make, because reading fiction allows your mind to wander to a different world. This fictional world doesn’t have the same consequences as our world.

5. Essential Oils-

Diffusing essential oils can be a game-changer for your life! There are amazing health benefits and tasty benefits to having and using essential oils in your house.
