Uses and Benefits of Peppermint Essential Oil
1. Natural Energy-
Using 2-3 drops of peppermint aromatically or topically in the morning for a great natural boost of energy! It will naturally wake up without all of caffeine of a coffee or sugar rush of an energy drink.
Hand diffuse 2-3 drops of peppermint to ease anxious feelings. (P.S. This is my favorite way to use Peppermint)
3. Digestive Issues-
Internalize 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil in water, coffee, tea, etc. to help ease digestive issues. Applying the oil directly to the stomach is also extremely powerful.
Use peppermint to spice up an great baking recipe! It brings a fresh taste to brownie that are hard to resist.
5. Cooling Effect-
Using 2-3 drops of peppermint on the back of you neck and behind your ears will give a cooling sensation.
6. Bad Breath-
Mix a drop of peppermint in with your mouthwash for fresh, minty breath.
7. Sinus Issues-
Diffuse the peppermint essential oil to help clear up any sinus issues.

9. Huger Cravings-
Infuse your water with peppermint to help curve hunger cravings.
Apply peppermint essential oil directly to the affected area to help reduce burning and itching sensations.
