Welcome to your Season of Self-Discovery! For the next eight weeks, I want to help you discover yourself. It will be a time full of challenges, encouragement, and introspection.
I personally choose to use my journal for gratitude and prayer request as soon as I wake up. I also use my journal throughout the day to help collect my thoughts and clarify my feelings.
According to Psychology Today, journaling can reduce stress, build empathy, increase creativity, and help you track your mental patterns.
Although these are wonderful reasons to start journaling, what will you write? My journal is for gratitude and prayer every morning.
How to use your journal:
- Gratitude and Prayer
- Goal Setting and Tracking
- Stream of Consciousness
- Dream Catcher
- Scripture Notes
- Doodles/ Prototype Sketches
This week I am challenging you to start journaling at least once a day. It will be extremely important for later weeks. Tell me below about your relationship with journaling.
